Clear Books NG

By accessing or using Clear Books NG (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.\

1. About Clear Books NG

Clear Books NG is an all-in-one accounting, inventory, payroll, and point-of-sale (POS) software designed for businesses in Nigeria.
Clear Books NG is owned and operated by Advance Accounting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use this Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable Nigerian laws.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • All activities carried out under your account are your responsibility.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Clear Books NG only for lawful business purposes.
You must not:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the system

  • Upload malicious software or false data

Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities

5. Subscription & Payments

Some features of Clear Books NG may require a paid subscription.
All fees are clearly communicated before payment. Prices may change with notice.

6. Updates & Availability

We continuously improve Clear Books NG and may update features without notice.
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business data.
Clear Books NG only processes your data to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clear Books NG and Advance Accounting shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Data loss caused by user actions

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the Platform is at your own business risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
